  • I’ve been taking Metamucil for the past 4 years. I’ve always been constipated and sometimes I have diarrhea as well. This year Pesach I didn’t know what I was going to be doing, since the Metamucil I take is Chametz. So, I went into the health food store and they suggested I take Constipation Care. I tried it over Pesach and the results were super. I wasn’t constipated and didn’t have diarrhea and I had such a smooth sailing. Now after Pesach I didn’t even bother going back to the Metamucil, I just sticked to Constipation Care and I’m seeing amazing results.
