CASHEW DIP
- 1 cup roasted cashews
- ¼ to ½ cup water
- 1 cup mild oil
- 1½-2 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
- Roast cashews in preheated oven at 300 for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes
- Grind cashews in seed grinder
- In a blender combine water and cashew meal, blend well
- While blending pour oil into blender very slowly
- Add remaining ingredients, blend well
- Add water to desired consistency
