CASHEW DIP

CASHEW DIP

  • 1 cup roasted cashews
  • ¼ to ½ cup water
  • 1 cup mild oil
  • 1½-2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Roast cashews in preheated oven at 300 for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes
  2. Grind cashews in seed grinder
  3. In a blender combine water and cashew meal, blend well
  4. While blending pour oil into blender very slowly
  5. Add remaining ingredients, blend well
  6. Add water to desired consistency
Add more or use less maple syrup, depending on the taste you desire
