CHICKPEA TREAT
- 1 ¼ cup chickpeas (8 oz.)
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 small carrot (optional)
- Add ¼ cup chocolate chips, chopped nuts or use your imagination
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth
- Drop by teaspoon on teflex sheet, wet hands and flatten
- Dehydrate or bake on low flame until it has a slight crust
