SOFT HONEY COOKIES
- 2 ¼ cup oil
- 1 cup honey
- 9 eggs
- 2 1/8 cup organic sugar
- 4 ½ tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
- 9 ¾ cup whole wheat flour
- 2 ¼ tsp. baking powder
- 2 ¼ tsp. baking soda
DIRECTIONS
- Beat sugar and eggs until fluffy
- Add oil and beat a few more minutes
- Change to the dough hook and slowly mix in all ingredients
- Refrigerate overnight or for a couple of hours
- Form balls with wet hands and place onto a parchment lined baking pan
- Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
