FRUIT SMOOTHIE
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 apple, lg. peach, mango ½ if large
- 2 large or 3 medium celeries
- 2 tbsp. nut butter
- ¾ to 1 cup water, depending if you like it creamy or more runny
DIRECTIONS
- Let frozen banana defrost slightly for 5 minutes or so
- Cut up the rest of the fruits and celery
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, blend for 1 minute
You can use your imagination and add whatever fruit or berries you have on hand. Dates are very nice as well. You can freeze all the fruits for more of an ice cream effect.
