FRUITY SLUSH

  • 1-13.5 oz. can of organic coconut cream (Leibers)
  • 1 cup cut up mango
  • 1 cup cut up pineapple
  • 2 handfuls frozen cranberries
  • 2 large cut up bananas
  • Vanilla to taste
  • 1 tbsp. vodka (optional) to help it stay creamy, since alcohol never freezes
  • Taste for sweetness, add a sweetener of your choice if desired.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Freeze all cut up fruits
  2. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender
  3. Add some water or let it defrost a little, if necessary to blend well
  4. Serve with chopped nuts or your favorite topping
