FRUITY SLUSH
- 1-13.5 oz. can of organic coconut cream (Leibers)
- 1 cup cut up mango
- 1 cup cut up pineapple
- 2 handfuls frozen cranberries
- 2 large cut up bananas
- Vanilla to taste
- 1 tbsp. vodka (optional) to help it stay creamy, since alcohol never freezes
- Taste for sweetness, add a sweetener of your choice if desired.
DIRECTIONS
- Freeze all cut up fruits
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender
- Add some water or let it defrost a little, if necessary to blend well
- Serve with chopped nuts or your favorite topping
