GLAZED CASHEWS

  • Nuts 2 lb.
  • Maple syrup ¼ cup
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Pinch Nutmeg optional
  • Vanilla to taste
  • Sea salt 1/8 to ¼ tsp.

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bag, mix well to coat all nuts
  2. Place nuts on parchment paper lined baking pan
  3. Mix every 5-8 minutes until lightly brown and the coating is dry
  4. Keep checking it burns quickly
