GLAZED CASHEWS
- Nuts 2 lb.
- Maple syrup ¼ cup
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Pinch Nutmeg optional
- Vanilla to taste
- Sea salt 1/8 to ¼ tsp.
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a bag, mix well to coat all nuts
- Place nuts on parchment paper lined baking pan
- Mix every 5-8 minutes until lightly brown and the coating is dry
- Keep checking it burns quickly
