HEALTHY GRANOLA

 

 

  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup flax- blended
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 package puffed Kamut
  • ½ cup oil
  • ¾ cup honey

 

Directions

 

  1. Mix all ingredients well
  2. Pour into cookie sheet
  3. Bake on 350⁰ for 45 minutes, mix occasionally so it doesn’t burn.
