KASHA KUGEL
- 2 cups kasha
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3 carrots
- 2 zucchini squash
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup oil
Directions
- In a bowl put 2 cups of kasha and pour 2 cups of boiling water onto it
- In separate bowl shred carrots and zucchinis
- Add the eggs and oil
- Once kasha softens, mix it into the other bowl
- Pour into a lined 9x13 pan and bake for 1 hour
