 KASHA KUGEL

 

  • 2 cups kasha
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 zucchini squash
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup oil

 

Directions

 

  1. In a bowl put 2 cups of kasha and pour 2 cups of boiling water onto it
  2. In separate bowl shred carrots and zucchinis
  3. Add the eggs and oil
  4. Once kasha softens, mix it into the other bowl
  5. Pour into a lined 9x13 pan and bake for 1 hour
