OIL FREE MAYO

·         ½ cup Brazil, cashew or any nut

·         ¼ cup hemp nuts or sunflower seeds

·         2 medjool dates

·         2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

·         2 tbsp. lemon juice

·         2 cloves garlic

·         ½ cup water or more to desired consistency

·         ¼ tsp. salt

Directions

1.    Soak the nuts in water for 2-4 hours, rinse well and drain

2.    Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until creamy

3.    Store in a covered container and refrigerate

Ø  Use with crackers, a wrap, as a dip for vegetables, or as a salad dressing
