Orange Dressing
- ¾ cup Brazil or any other nut or seed
- ½ to ¾ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 ½ tbsp. onion powder
- Maple syrup or a sweetener of your choice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the nuts in a baking pan and toast until lightly browned
- Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend well
- Enjoy in a salad, on a wrap, crackers, as a dip for any vegetable or just use your imagination.
