PEANUT CHEWS

 

·         1 cup honey

·         1 cup peanut butter

·         1 cup cacao butter

·         ½ cup cacao powder

·         ¾ cups pumpkin seeds

·         6 oz. peanuts

·         6 oz. almonds or any nut

·         2 pinches salt

 

 

Directions

 

1.     Cover a 9x13” baking pan with parchment paper

2.     In a double boiler liquify the cacao butter

3.     Lightly toast the seeds and nuts

4.     In a food processor slightly chop the nuts and seed

5.     In a bowl mix all the ingredients together

6.     Spread evenly in the pan and refrigerate

7.     Cut into shapes of your choice and freeze or refrigerate
