TAHINI CAKES
- 8 ounces Tahini
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 Egg or 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds and 3 tbsp. water
- Vanilla
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips / Cranberries / Chopped Nuts
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl – not for too long, it can become too thick

Bake on 350 degree for 15 minutes for softer cakes. The longer you bake it the harder it will become - that will be good for cookies.
Ø Optional: Sprinkle with chopped nuts, shredded coconut or your favorite topping
