TAHINI CAKES

TAHINI CAKES

 

  • 8 ounces Tahini
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 Egg or 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds and 3 tbsp. water
  • Vanilla
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips / Cranberries / Chopped Nuts

 

Directions

 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl – not for too long, it can become too thick
  2. Bake on 350 degree for 15 minutes for softer cakes. The longer you bake it the harder it will become - that will be good for cookies.

    Ø  Optional: Sprinkle with chopped nuts, shredded coconut or your favorite topping
