Tahini Oatmeal Cookies

TAHINI OATMEAL COOKIES

 

·         1 cup tahini

·         ¾-1 cup maple syrup

·         2 tsp. vanilla extract

·         1 tsp. Himalayan salt

·         2 cups oats

·         ½ cup flax meal

·         1 tsp. baking soda

·         ½ cup cacao nibs (optional)

 

Directions

 

1.    Combine all ingredients in a bowl

2.    Mix together with a fork

3.    Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes

4.    Scoop onto baking sheet and bake on 350 for 12-14 minutes
