TOFU- NAISE

TOFU - NAISE

  • 14 oz. pack firm tofu
  • ¼ cup Brazil or any other nut
  • ½ cup water or more until desired consistency is reached
  • 5-6 tbsps. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. tamari soy sauce
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Spices as onion powder, cumin, turmeric etc.
  • Maple syrup and salt to taste

 

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend well

Enjoy in a salad, on a wrap, crackers, as a dip for celery, carrots or any vegetable or just use your imagination.

NOTE: This is a great substitute for mayonnaise
