TOFU - NAISE
- 14 oz. pack firm tofu
- ¼ cup Brazil or any other nut
- ½ cup water or more until desired consistency is reached
- 5-6 tbsps. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. tamari soy sauce
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Spices as onion powder, cumin, turmeric etc.
- Maple syrup and salt to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend well
Enjoy in a salad, on a wrap, crackers, as a dip for celery, carrots or any vegetable or just use your imagination.
NOTE: This is a great substitute for mayonnaise
