  • 5-6 turmeric pieces or 5-6 tbsp. powder
  • 1” ginger
  • 7 dates
  • 1 tbsp. each olive & coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • Little black pepper
  • 4-5 cups water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender until well blended, drink 1 cup daily.
