VEGETABLE BEAN DIP
- 1 cup cooked white beans
- 1 sautéed onion
- ½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 orange pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ¼ cup sauerkraut
- Parsley
- Cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 large slice of avocado
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender and enjoy as is, in a salad, on a wrap, crackers, with some celery, carrots or just use your imagination.
