WATERMELON SLUSH

7cups seedless watermelon or other melons cubed and frozen

½cup lemon or lime juice, can mix both

¼cup honey maple syrup, honey, brown sugar, or ORGANIC sugar (optional)

5 to 10tablespoons cold water optional
Directions
- To freeze the watermelon, transfer the watermelon cubes to a baking sheet in a single layer. Freeze for 2 hours, or until solid, use when frozen or transfer to a plastic bag until ready to use.
- Place the frozen watermelon, lime juice, sweetener and water in a blender.
- Blend for 3 to 5 minutes, until desired consistency is reached. It may be necessary to add additional water.
