WHOLE WHEAT CRACKERS

WHOLE WHEAT CRACKERS

 

  •  2/3 cups whole flour
  • 1/3 cups of white flour
  • ¾ cups oats
  • 4 tbsp. oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  •  1 ½ tsp. spices of your choice
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ cup water
  •  Pinch of baking powder 

 

Directions

 

  1.  Knead all ingredients forming a smooth dough.
  2. Roll out to approximately to 1/8” thick.
  3. Cut into squares.
  4. Bake at 350 for approx. 20 minutes.
